Thanks S Chally, appreciate the info
Looks like you've got a good start! I'm starting mine this week...hopefully. Your pictures have already helped me some, keep up the good work
I'm elated if I was able to help you out in ANY way at all
but definitely do not go by me as the "proper" way to do anything. This is a learn as we go process for us
Best of luck with your project
Projects like this tend to seperate the men from the boys... Not to mention the ' self-satisfaction ' you get from doing it yourself and showing the people that doubt your commitment...
I'll take that as a comment......it's the best I'll get I know
Thanks everyone, yes it has been "fun" so far
Well, we got the trunk floor out, drilled all the way through on a few spot welds
but went a hell of a lot easier than anticipated
Had to evict the mice, and tear down their former residence (my rails)
Test fit the new trunk panel on the drivers side, looks pretty d@mn good through these eyes
Gonna POR the inside of the frame rails, save for where the spot welds were, we'll be using a weldable primer. Does that sound about right?
Will get in touch with you Dan, thanks again
