I just got a e-mail from them and they are having production problems. I guess I'll wait and see.

I bought a shaker hood from him. He use to list those all the time but I think he not be listing them anymore. Haven't seen one for a while. It took twice the time to get here than it should have. When it came it was in one piece but had some dings, all the corners had prior damage but straightened and the hood had high spots and low spots where the bracing is. It had spray can primer over old color. He said he would send another in three weeks to replace this one. Even the trim ring was rough. Three weeks is up next week  :roflsmiley:

What are the ones Y1 are selling in comparison? Anyone bought a Y1 pad before? They look nice, you don't need to send the core in and the pad is 100% new. They have a fiberglass frame inside as I understand it.

There is a Y1 pad in my Chally. They filled the holes to screw in the AC vent. Had to file the crap out of it to get the vent in. The little holes for the name plate isn't there either. It doesn't have a metal frame. Don't get me wrong it looks nice but you might have to do a little tweaking.

I got an e-mail today stating that mine would be in to there location this week and they would call me when it doe's I'll let you know what happens. At least they are keeping me informed, but my patience won't last for ever. Going on six weeks now, at the time I was told I'd have them in two to three weeks. They say they have had some production problems and I understand problems can come up. But if this go's on much longer I'm going to the credit card and get the charges reversed.

He did send another hood and took the other shaker hood. He was true to his word. This one still needs a little work but not as rough as the other. So I would say he comes through.

Thats good I have been contemplating purchasing one now since it takes so long I would rather have it on hand then be waiting for it when I need it.

Well today I just purchased a dash from him today. I emailed them before I paid and asked how long it would take. They sent back a email with in the hour say it would take around, "2 to 3 weeks and I could pay $55 dollars to have it in 5 days." Seems a bit optimistic for me so I am not going to be holding my breath for the 2 to 3 weeks but we will see.

Does anyone know how the core charge is done? My invoice was for the dash plus shipping, there was nothing added for the core charge of $195. Do I get the $195 off of the $625 for the dash when I send it in or do the try and charge your the $195 if you don't send one it. Yeah I know Im confused to with what I typed  :clueless:

Also paypal called me and ask me if I made the purchase becuase I also ordered some inner fenders today to. That was kind of nice that they called to make sure it was me making the purchases.

There seems to be a different price for colored pads and $625.00 was what I was charged for my burnt orange dash.
The core charge is over and above that price if you don't send yours in.
On another part , they e-mailed today to say the second  of the three pads would be delivered today. I was out at a basketball game my son was playing in and didn't get back to see if it came in.
They seem to get the product out but the time quotes are way longer than stated.
That is why the auctions are set-up the way they are and there is no feed back on them, to keep people from posting neg on his E-bay profile.
I haven't installed any of his pads yet but they do look good especially for the price so if you are not in a hurry they are a good deal.
