Thanks for all the comments. Not sold yet.
Tony,

I saw your Cuda in the car corral but didn't know it was yours.    I went back to our tent and asked my friend if he saw that yellow convertible for $75,000 that was done and just needed and engine.  He said he saw it but what turned him off to it right away was that it was a '70 body with a '71 color on it.
He has been buying and selling for a long time so I took his word for it.

I loved it.

Rob
Had a few say that, but most were just estactic by the color. Definately stood out in the corral.  :2thumbs:

I now have a 440 and trans rebuilt and ready to go. This was a matching drivetrain from a friends 69 Charger RT that unfortunately the body burnt in a shop fire. (Jaybee knows this motor). Hopefully have it fired up this week...

Excellent looking work! What did you treat the manifolds with? Is it durable? I am looking at refinishing a set of mine and am looking for some suggestions. Man that is going to be an awesome car when you are done  :ylsuper:

Great score Tony,  :woohoo:   I heard all about it. It couldn't have gone to a better car or a better guy.
