Anybody have 'em? Or even a good rule of thumb? My headlights are aimed so low that on low beams I can't see the beam pattern

That's pretty bad.
I have no specs, but using a garage door, or a wall when it's dark helps. The low beams should NOT be straight forward. They need to hit the ground in front of the car. Maybe 25-30 feet(just a guess). The high beams would hit a little beyond that.

The numbers on the grid are incorrect, but you can renumber them.
