Is there any way to check if the radiator is clogged inside or not?

Any good radiator shop can check flow. You will have to remove the radiator and take it in.
If it is clogged up maybe it can be rodded out. My buddy owns a radiator shop and I have seen this done many times.

So there's no way to check it yourself?

You can take it out. Hold your hand over the lower fitting and fill it up with water. Then let go of the lower opening. It should drain in about 5-10 sec. the flow should be almost the size of the opening and strong. if it flows slowly it is cloged and you will have to repair or replace it.
