Sorry, didn't find one with an orange stripe.  Was one with a white stripe.  :dunno:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

I thought that v80 is bumble bee.

GG's white book shows V8- as a sport stripe transverse tape...I know Challenger bumble bees are painted & I have pics of a friends TX9 Challenger with a white bumblebee stripe that is coded as V9W... Also I'm not familar with any paint code that reads as "O"

Is the tag hard to read? V68 is stripe delete. If it says V08 it is Paint, trim, vinyl roof edit waiver. V08 was used for cars that were ordered with
non-reccomended color combinations. If you can post a photo of the whole tag we may be able to figure it out for you?

I think it reads V68 i dont know how to make a picture smaller to post.

If you are using window xp, you should be able to right click on the photo and click edit.  Then click on "image" in the menu, then click "Stretch/Skew", then put the percentage of the size you want compared to the original photo; for example; I want to make it 50% tall and 50% wide of the original.  After the size change is made, save it under a different name or you will lose the original size.
