Like a couple of runs in the paint on the undercarriage and a couple of welding burn thoughs when i replaced the trunk floor in the wheel well

Wow, I wish those were the only things I had to fix on my car.
If you ever get to the point where you are thinking about selling then, just stop for a few days, maybe a few weeks and you will soon want to get back on it again.
Keep up the good work.

I understand.  I had to lay on my back with to get my 904 back in the car.  Seems easy enough until I realized I could only get the car about six inches higher than ground level.  (lack of tools)

I actually bought this stuff for lifting 4x4's a while back, you need to go high, especially with 12" lifts
I was able to get the car around 32 inches high,You will use these more than you think.
I spent at least 60 hours under her doing the underbody.

I feel your pain Moparnut.  It took us 5 years to complete our chally...although 2 years of that were in the body shop.  I'm sure it was easier for us because we both (me and Red), were working together on it.  Even though the work was trudgery and nasty, at least we were together and could laugh and have fun.  We eventually had to make a pact when we both felt like we hit a brick wall.  Every night...every single night, we HAD to go down there and do something...anything.  Put tools back, clean bolts, anything.  We eventually got through the rough times.  It got more exciting when we could see the end of the tunnel.  Keep at it!!

Wow Rev,
Your husband is a lucky man.  I hope I can find a wife who will help me with my car daily.
