Bye Bye Cuda.
« on: October 17, 2006 - 02:25:21 PM »
Well after 6 months of head banging and  :pullinghair:  I decided my best option was to bite the bullet, accept my losses and sell the car. Hopefully I will have one again in the future.......My only advise is to never buy a car unseen.  :dupe:

Sold for $27,500 US.

Awwwe, I am so sorry to hear that and I am sorry you had so much  :pullinghair: with the car.  I know your dream is to have an orange AAR.  Keep your head up though, I am sure the right car will find you.  i will keep my eye out for you and I am sure many board members can do the same for you.

1BADFISH - Post everything that you have on the car under Gone but not forgotten, so that we can keep a record of these in case another member runs into this car we will have a little history - Vin, problems, etc.

The car was sold to a collector locally who knows exactly what he was getting, nothing hidden. He is going to rebuild the car and it will be a hemi with shaker hood. Next time this car will be on the market....if ever, the car will be great...can't wait to see the finished product.

the suspense is killing me...it looked like a nice car, but then again looks can be deceiving.

No title or vin issues with the car at all. Car was bought as a recent resto, 340 6 pack etc...etc. Car came with a shotty body job to say the least, 74 - 318 motor,904 tranny, open rear end, no E cables or seat belts, seats out of a chebby, and brakes that aren't safe to park in your garage....thats the short list.

Bottom line, don't buy a car unseen, and never buy a car from Alan Christian Motorsports...

Is that the one you bought that was dark blue with chrome Torq-Thrust rims last December?
