With Haggerty, I believe you also cannot get caught driving the car "to or from work", if you have to make a claim.
If so, be sure you "had the day off" and were out for a pleasure cruise
I have both my mopars with Haggerty. I had to send in pics as well, but only a couple. Their Customer Service in signing up was good. So far they have not had any problems taking my money.
I think Im at 450 or something for both cars, Id have to double check but I think thats about right.
They also have a website you can get a relative quote on. My actual price came in lower.
Before I had lockable garages for both cars, I only had the challenger insured for liability with Allstate (before the ebody prices went up the last couple of years) and I simply didnt drive or insure the Convertible (lucky the garage never caught on fire or anything I guess). I was paying big time thru Allstate though, even with my hunting trucks on there as well.
The good thing was that I didnt have any driving restrictions on the Challenger and I put a bunch of miles on it as an every day car, but I was taking a big risk with uninsured motorists or hit-n-runs.
I havent collected insurance on anything since 1991 (and that was a whopping 900$). Be nice to get some of my money back ?
