I know this isn't on a MOPAR BUTTTT my dad's on his blown 23 t-bucket is HYPER !! and the license place frame says "if you have one...take it out and play with it"!!!!     :roflsmiley:   :roflsmiley:     :bigsmile:

HAHA, that's funny you say that.....my dad's '27 t-bucket didn't have s custom plate, but his frame said "try it, you'll like it!"  He had a 69 427 in it that was balanced and blueprinted.  It screemed like a raped-ape! :burnout:

I think custom plates are silly!! And make an already cool car look less cool!  :2cents:

Be classy.. find original plates from whatever state you're in and whatever year your car is. They're pretty easy to come by online and most states let you re-register them. For example I have 1970 Texas and 1970/71 Louisiana plates for my 70

Agree, I would not pay the extra taxes to do vanity tags, looking for a nice 73 tag for mine.

Here is a pic of the State of Alabama Vintage Tag I registered my Challenger under nearly ten years ago along with an original 1970 vintage Alabama Tag I found in a rural antique store some years before then - all zeroes.

I would guess it was never meant for public use but maybe cleaned and then restored to the original colors, I might be able to use it :thinkerg: :)

A guy in my shop complex runs a repo business, it's amazing how many vehicles he repos with big wheels, fancy stereos & personalized plates..... You can afford all the Bling but you can't make the payments??? :screwy:

He's got a wall of vanity plates... Some are pretty funny....
