It's hard to get this big book on the scanner.  I underlined the part in the book.  It is the soft rim steering wheel.  It is not shown for the Cuda/Challenger.  This is a 1970 - 1971 Chrysler parts book that I bought from the dealer where I worked when they converted to computer.  I have found errors in this book before due to the fact the book was written before the cars came out.  Assembly line procedures etc. changed some things on the cars from what the parts book says.  A fine example of things being changed is the 1971 Challenger T/A in the sales brochures that never happened.  I am curious to see if the wheel is on the order sheets that were used by the dealers when these cars were ordered.  I would never say never with these cars.  I had a 70 Challenger R/T with a white leather interior.  I understand you could not get it. The car was special ordered and came with Barracuda front white leather seats. Even if the wheel proves to not be a listed option; it still may have been possible if the "right" person ordered it through the "right" person.
I agree with you challenger6pak! these cars could be special ordered with anything you wanted!! my 71 is a perfect example!! and it is ALL original !!! but it is like no other I have EVER seen before!!!!!!  but fy1 if it is chrysler proof you want I have my buddy doing the research again and I will get you that proof!! by the end of the week hopefully! but he also has his job to do besides my little research projects!!

The Tuff wheel was not an E-Body option. People like them and they were a popular swap though.

The A-Pillar trim should be white on hard tops, black on convertables, and the kick panels black also on both.
