I guess no one pays attention to my car!
When I got my car, it belonged to someone in NH that used to use the Challenger to pull snow mobiles and he needed fog lights. I think what he did with my car was to take out a pair of bumper bolts and just put the fog lights in the holes. These are pretty old Deitz fog lights, I believe put on in the 1970s.
If you look at the pictures, I think thats what he did. Never compared my bumpers to other Challengers but I would guess you would see bumper bolts where the fog lights are mounted.
I was thinking to move them to the lower side of the bumper when I get some time by using the lower bumper bolts just outboard on the bottom side. Might aid with cooling too.
It's hard to find aftermarket ones that don't give it the Wal-Mart look.
The most famous '72 Challenger with driving lights is the car driven by Brock Yates in the original Cannonball Race, Sea to Shining sea.
