Let the games begin - my 73 Cuda
« on: October 21, 2006 - 08:01:22 PM »
I got my car a few weeks ago and have started to take it apart. I have a long way to go but it will be a fun ride. The best part about this project is my 5 year old son, Alex. He loves to work on his Cuda with me. The car is in great shape with only some rust in the drivers floor pan. The trunk is even solid.  :bananasmi The windshield came out today and the dash will be removed tomorrow. After that, trying to find a good restoration shop for body work and paint. I will post again later.

Love the pics looks like a good foundation. Your son will always remember working on the car with you when he grows up. There is no price for that. My youngest (9 yrs old) loves my Cuda.  My oldest  (11 yrs old) likes it too but loves cars even older than mine.

Thanks for all the encouragement. Working on the car is great and Alex is becoming quite the Mopar expert. He can now name all the wild mopar colors. His teacher asked the other day what his favorite color was and he said Plum Crazy Purple.  :grinyes: There is nothing like a 5 year old to make you laugh. bye
