Looks great! Who did you use to overhaul your instruments?

Hayard Auto Instruments did the speedo and checked over the 4 readout guages.
Mr. Heaterbox did the conversions on the clock & tach.

The Grille is ready for paint. Paint shows up any day now. I'll be using Frank Gibson restoration Argent grille paint on it.

Cheese graters were plastic polished first and then taped off. Then spray gunned with the same paint I shot on the louvers. Those came out really nice.

Painted the Grille today.

As I mentioned earlier, I went with Roger Gibson/Frank Badalson Restoration for the paint.

Very nice texture and glistens just like it was when original.
It's an Acrylic Laquer paint. Outer surrounding trim is next to polish.

I waited to paint till today since it's been so cold the last few weeks.
As it gets warmer, I'll be ramping up on progress.

Take some moments to step back and admire your efforts. Few people actually deserve what comes their way. But in the case of your 'cuda, I believe you do. So nicely done Mike :2thumbs:

thanks!

You should see it in the sun!

Looks like a Disco tech ball. lol.

I threw a coat of clear on it today to help hold down the metallic particles.
That smoothed it out to give it like a glaze.

Glazed donuts sprinkled with sugar.  :smokin:

Engine bay, underside, inside hood were all done as one shot.
Outside was a second phase.
