Would they have been happier if they made the foams? Or is that possible?

Yes,

They said if I had original Leather seats brought in, it might've been easier to duplicate from scratch.
These were originally 71 Challenger ribbed vinyls.

Are they Legendary LEATHER seat skins ?

Yes they are.
I bought everything to do all the seats from them.

The Upholsterer didn't want to try and fab extra foam onto the buns.
He said it could break off and bunch up. Or worse, look lumpy.

He also feels the seats will relax over time and that the one side that is ribbed wrinkles will smooth out over time. He said the wrinkles are that way from the way they were made.  His  :2cents:

I'd say a month, or a month and a half.

I want it as complete as possible before I fire it up so I can drive it right after for final break in.
