finishing up the firewall tomorrow.

Once it gets hotter, I plan to do the lead work. I plan to do it on a hot day. Heat will hold on longer and will be easier to apply. My new job doesn't give me Friday's half off like I was told.

I plan to do it on Memorial day week end when I have 3 days and no hurry. I'll do a small video of when I do it.

Here's some firewall conversion pics from A/C to a non A/C.

Did some more touch up work on the firewall. Tedious work I'm glad to move on from. Just have one small corner to do near the hood hinge. It's not totally done of course because I still need to blast the car. Then do a light mud on all the weld seam areas. The corner piece I replaced today will be the test piece to lead on first.
It was so frickn hot today;90-95 degrees. I must've sweated a gallon working outside.

I also did some body work on my Ford Ranger. Pics are in: What work did you do this week end.
The B-12 Bomber was flying over me again. I'm sure it was the same one I was crawling in a few weeks ago. Like a flying Big Block Mopar cruisin at low speed.

Oh yeah, the neighbors whined again today even though I was keeping the RPM's down on the grinder.  :screwy:
Anyone have a Whiners sign with the prohibited slash over it?
