The Hemi is alive!

Not out of the woods yet.

The rear carb (the one that you make settings on) keeps dying out.
We've elimated that it's a vacuum leak. Vacuum guage was a steady needle.
I think it's a metering problem inside the carb. Took it off and going to get it checked out.

Other things:
No fuel, temp, or oil guage movement.
Charging is working.
Brake booster doesn't seem to be kicking in. Probably need to thread out the input rod.
Brake light ground issue.

Sounds like you may have a grounding issue period, is the body ground strap attached?  Doesn't the dash have some sort of grounding circuit or wire?

Instrument voltage limiter?
