Once I get her to hold idle. i'll do a walk around video.

Good news is the inside of the tips turned a light tannish brown.
That indicates she's running pretty good on the A/F I would tend to believe.

I'm teary eyed being so happy right now knowing I just need to fix minor issues.

Congrats Mike! :dogpile:

As an aside the Doobie Brothers played here in town Friday night. Great show, briefly met Patrick Simmons after! I was thinking of you when they played Neal's Fandango :ylsuper: :smokin: :ylsuper: and how close you were to ignition. :2thumbs:

The Mopar knock off electronic distributor has one of the mechanical advance springs disco'd.
I can see it below. So we put on a dual point and it runs alot better.

Need to do a hot lash valve adjustment next. It's getting noisey as it's breaking in.

Electronic voltage limiter: brand new wasn't working for some reason. Put in the OEM and guages came to life.
Quartz conversion clock was working. Now it's not.

I still accelerator cable reach problem. I bought 2 different one's and neither is doing very well.

Turn signals don't seem to be working. Still need to check flasher relay and/or replace the switch inside column. I expected the orignal to be O.K.

Nicely done!   :clapping:
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Waking up a Mamoth from her sleep.

She won't wake up from hibernation and run fast until she gets her feet going. I need to help.

Once the jets/metering rods are upgraded and the cam hot lash set; I bet she's going to be running alot better.

1st attempt.

Getting better

This is the break in,
She was running lean as we learned. Later on it was discovered that one of the mechanical advance springs were disco'd. No wonder getting it timed was impossible.
