Pistol grip shifter
« on: October 27, 2006 - 05:36:19 AM »
I got an extra pistol grip shifter complete and with the linkage. It is mounted on a transmission in my garage right now and shifts perfect. Some light rusty pitting but not bad and the wood grain is old and original. I am planning on letting it go so I can buy some other parts I need. The handle is tight in the shifter and it's the slip in type. Let me know a round about value of it so I may know what it might be worth.

Moparal,

I am looking for that style since I have a 70 R/T.  I am not sure what it's worth but I'd like to be the first person to have the option of buying it.  Please let me know.

I was hoping some would respond by trade questions or some idea of a good price for it. I will remember you asked for it first. WIW 2 you?  I need things for my cars. I need front black seat covers for the 74 challenger. I need fronts and rears for the 70 cuda, I need all kinds of interior stuff for both, or 15x7 0r 8 rallyes (aftermarket is fine) for the cuda. I have them on the challenger. Just throw some stuff at me. I just traded my extra 6 way e body seat braket set up for this perfect shifter set up. That's why I have this other as a spare. The cost of e body parts now adays, I have found that trading is easier to us hobby guys that have had our toys for decades. The wolves are out for our bucks if were not too careful.

Here's another problem deal I haave.

I got a perfect rebuilt dash pad. No flaws or bends. It is a 3 speaker 71/74 non a/c black.

I need a 70  barracuda single speaker non a/c black

then I need a 71/74 A/C  3 speaker black pad. So I have this good pad and it is not correct for my cars...ANY trades? I got 650 in this one and it's ready to go.

Moparal,

I'll be more than glad to trade with you.  A love to barter for stuff I need with stuff I don't need.  I will have to go through some of my stuff before I can commit to anything.

I think that it's best to corresponde via email, so here's my email address:
superbees@hotmail.com

I need the shifter for my 70 Challenger R/T.  I know I have interior parts for a cuda

What kind of interior stuff do you need for the Cuda?  Seat backs for a 70 are hard time come by.

I need a set of 70 E-body seat belts.  I know they are like the six way seat.  I spent close to $800 dollars for the one I have, but it's mint and I don't have to do anything to it.

I bought a 70 Challenger R/T,  383, 4 spd with air.  FY1 with white interior.  Cool uh.
I bought from my brother 2 years ago and I still collecting parts.

I am going out of town this weekend and will return Sunday so please give me a chance to get some of the parts together.

Thanks,
Rick

Ok, it's past sunday. Let me know something. I may just sell it for 350 so I can get some interior stuff. I need front bucket covers and carpet for the 74 challenger or every kind of cover ,head liner, carpet for the cuda. Or try to buy some bumpers from Year one. Or a pair of quarters to stretch for my cuda race car. I can drive to Y1 and save shipping. Drop me a line ASAP if ya can. I did give you first shot so I am waiting...
