picked up an e-body today
« on: October 27, 2006 - 02:50:24 PM »
I knew i could not last too long without an e-body in the barn, turns out it was not even 2 months.

70 T/A clone, original 318 3 speed factory FM3 car with the A93 package. I have a buildsheet for the car, supposed to be pretty rare color/option package car.

this car kicked around e-bay for awhile, the pics there did not do it justice. the body/paint work is excellent, and it runs and drives great also. The six pack setup is original, 70 date coded 340 block.

Nice lookin' car!  Glad you are back with an e-bod.  I figured you would get your hands on another one sooner or later!  What is this now, #85?

# 97 for me....getting close to the century mark.

The car was from the mid-west originally, recently from NJ and was at carlisle this past year. i have quite a documented extensive history on this one.

I almost got 2 mopars today, but backed off the other car. I'm always looking for nice mopars, dont matter much to me if they are clones or "real" cars. Just so they are nice and fun to drive.

I thought I recognized it...He is also a member here.  Joe lives around the corner from me and was with us at Carlisle.  Good luck with her , she sure is a nice one. FYI, her name is Pinky.

It's a nice car, just needs some little detail items and some trim work. I am changing the wheels to 15 inch rallyes. I dont care for the steelies unless they match the body color, and pink wheels would be a little over the top IMO.

I actually did not buy it off of Joe, traded my 69 R/T for it off of someone who bought it off of him.

I had contacted Joe about it when it was on e-bay, but never could get the time to go look at it. It's nicer than what it looked like on e-bay.

I've already got two offers to buy it for more than what i allowed on the trade..I'll think I'll keep this one for a little while at least.
