I had this posted in another section but wanted to keep it with my car also before it gets buried in the body section.
Well now I have three sets of inner fenders. One set of originals, a set of Year One type, and a set of Goodmark’s. The originals are off my 1970 Challenger and they will be the standard of which I am comparing the others to.
I started by using a caliper to measure the metal thickness of each of the panels. I can’t say that this test is by any means conclusive for a few reasons. A caliper wasn’t the best tool to measure the thickness but it was what I had at the time. Second when a sheet of metal is formed it is stretched in certain areas to make the shape. Doing this will cause the metal to be different thicknesses in different areas. I did measure them all in the same area so take it as you will

This is to make the panels resemble my 1970 A/C car inner fenders. So if you don’t have A/C, fewer holes would need to be drilled in the Goodmark panels. Also the YearOne panels don’t have the nut plates for the horns, so you would have to reuse your originals or fab something up. The Goodmark panels also have the rear brackets that mount to the cowl and the rear hinges bolts up to, they can be removed if needed, they attach like the factory version. The Goodmark panels are 70 panels and the YearOne versions are 71 and up. Not that big of a deal but there are differences in the battery area and by were the water valve mounts. Lastly the Goodmark panels sit on the top of the shock tower braces better then the YearOne version.
YearOne version $384 to my door
Goodmark version $475 to my door
Hope this makes sense
