MCR's 72 Cuda.  If you go here:

http://www.musclecarrestorations.com/tunis.html

You can read about the build up and see videos and over 1000 pictures of the build up.  There are some neat pictures of them laying up the carbon fiber hood, etc.

Also, I found a web page with more info on the yellow Challenger.

http://www.memorylaneclassiccars.com/71challenger/1971_dodge_hemi_challenger.htm

Other than the ugly exhaust tips, I really like this car.  I'm considering those rims for my Cuda...  I wonder how they would look in black...

Its a very attracitve car, but I have to laugh at some of these builders putting together top speed type cars who don't pay much attention to aerodynamics. There isn't even a chin spoiler on the front of that car, never mind a cleaned up under carriage or anything else that would smooth airflow over the surface.

Heck, a couple months ago was a blurb in Hot Rod about a guy building a 74 Challenger for Bonneville runs that felt it was necessary to widen the car to tuck the massive rolling stock into the fenders. Two problems with that are wider cars provide greater wind resistance and wider tires increase rolling resistance. Hardley a good combination for top speed racing.

Then again, the G Force Cuda was supposed to be an awesome road racer built for several high speed events and I think the only thing it did was the power tour.

Those giant wheels make it sit nice. I can just imagine how great that car would have looked in black.

Check out these pics of this SRT8 70 Challenger.  http://henrycorods.com/70SRT8PG1.html   I love the look and the stance. These guys nailed it! :wow: I can't post any pics, they're over the max 300kb. Here's another of a Cuda from Moparts that I found.

Im about a months too late!!!  I just saw this Challenger online and had to post it here!!!  But someone beat me too it.  When I grow up and get a cuda I would like to do it with those rims and similar stance.  Great looking car.

I talked to the owner of the white challenger last year... he had bought my challenger and didnt take it home because of all the work it needed  :roflsmiley:  Pretty sure he sells some 5.7/6.1 computer and related parts to use them in older mopars.
