I'm sorry senator I have no recollection of making those statements :smilielol: :smilielol:

OK seriously , after using the metal prep and wiping it with water it leaves a odd colored coating of phophate. I like to sand it with 150 or 180 da paper to get a clean smooth surface then DPLF prime.  You should reclean with dx 330 and dx 394 after every step and before re spraying any product.
 For the  POR  ect, it can be sprayed or brushed on, just remember to be sure to cover all exposed skin as when this stuff dries it is permenate and has to wear off. I'll tell ya about the first time I used it and only covered  my face with a resporater, it left a nice ring of color every where else for a couple of days.!

Thought I 'd add a few pictures of the suspension. Been working on the engine and it is almost ready to paint. Seems like things are going slow right now but there is a lot of small parts to do. I may have some more progress pictures before the weekend is done.

The cosmoline coating is 6 to 7 coats of DX1791 acid etch primer, it go's on a milky yellow and dries to the brown finish in the pictures. After I assemble the new parts all the suspension is coated with a flat clear(dc3000+ flattting agent) .It holds up very well. My last car showed no signs of wear after 15000 miles.
DA =duel action sander.
