    Not a radiator support.  Clue: it is usually welded onto a larger piece.

    right neighborhood, wrong block.

    You might see some remnants of spot welds to the right. If those were still intact, you wouldn't be seeing the two stamped holes.  They would be blocked by some body-colored metal
