Yes, it is the bracket that holds the wire harness for the power windows.  It was put in all 1970 drivers doors no matter what the type of window regulator was used.  Your turn Stacked.

I would say you have a shoulder belt clip in your hand.  The one that bolts to the roof.  If I am right, let Barry take my turn and we'll be back on track.

Hint - Not original to any Challenger. These did come on Barracudas, Cudas & some other Plymouth, Chrysler and Dodge models as well. Lots of them.
