How about the backside of the horn button where it mounts to the steering wheel with the 3 screws?

I'll see what I can come up with tomorrow.  I doubt I can do as good as you did vinb.  If I hadn't changed a wheel the other day I never would have known.

70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

Is this part broken??

  To me, it looks like the part of the heater control bezel that wraps under the left corner of the dashpad.
