The picture, at least on my 15" monitor, is just slightly less than a 1:1 actual size ratio.

Sorry, the part is not pitted either, it's just my camera.

I checked about 5 different sites and all show this as a factory 71 only option.
Here is another clue in this picture.

I have NO idea, but somebody has to go first.

I'll say it has to do with the drain for a shaker setup.
