No correct answers yet.

The last shot I have will show the other two parts that made up this option, less the fasteners, which will be the confirmation picture.

Wouldn't you know, just like the difference between b and e body radios, there is one of these currently on EBAY being pitched for both types of cars but is really a b body version only.

It is the block plate on the inside hood release.  Without this the hood can still be opened from the outside.  This one is undone so I can get to the latch from the outside because my cable has frozen up.

Correct :grinyes: Challenger6pak! :2thumbs:

It is the J52 inside hood release option.

There is one that I mentioned earlier on EBAY that is a b body but when you read the desciption, they are realy calling it an e body that might work on a b body. It won't, the bracket on the top of the handle is different and the cable bracket is also different.

Here's one for your consideration.  Not very challenging.

No guesses, so here's a hint:
Every E-body has this piece.  It's usually found under the hood.

It's interesting you say it is "usually" under the hood.  :screwy:

Is it something to do with the hood release?

I was hoping you would catch the "usually" in the clue.
Not a hood release, hinge, or anything attached to the hood.

(Mike, I know you can get this before the ball drops at midnight)
