It's not a factory Chrysler part, so I'm going to say it's an aftermarket universal mounting bracket :biggrin:

it's an authentic mopar restoration part - your onto something.

it's also not from a 70 or 71 because you have those all memorized by now.

alright I was waiting for at least ONE guess.

Only found on 74 e body (to my knowledge - might be on some 73's?) , there is only one. There has been a post about it on cuda-challenger.com before.
