1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

It does not look like a thermostat to me either, but I do not know what it is.  :dunno:

With the o-ring, I bet is smells like ATF or power steering fluid though?  :1zhelp:

Why does it look like it has a little chain on it that's like what you would use to attach to a sink plug?   :clueless:


Is it convertible related?  Power top hydraulics related?  :dunno:
