Yes, it is the bracket that holds the wire harness for the power windows.  It was put in all 1970 drivers doors no matter what the type of window regulator was used.  Your turn Stacked.

I got the part wrong.  Sorry Mike.  My bad.  It proves you can't always believe what you read. 

I would say you have a shoulder belt clip in your hand.  The one that bolts to the roof.  If I am right, let Barry take my turn and we'll be back on track.

Headliner bracket.....(Remember I have no camera ...)
2nd guess would be the bracket for the factory shoulder harness..

Hint - Not original to any Challenger. These did come on Barracudas, Cudas & some other Plymouth, Chrysler and Dodge models as well. Lots of them.  :naughty:
