Ok, I cheated on this one. My dad had a 66 Coronet 440 (no not a 440 engine but the model style with a slant 6) when I was kid. It only took 41 years of this saved knowledge to get one here! :roflsmiley:

I'll go digging tomorrow for a part, stay tuned....

This is a bracket.

What is this a part of?

It is an E body part available on all 70 - 74 models.

I saw something similar in an E-Bay ad I just looked at. "Trunk lid mounting nut plate" was the description, and I still don't know what the h@ll I just said.

Geez, only two guesses???

Ok, here is a hint. There are three more that are six position that make up the set.

Oh, and DAYLEY, there sure is a part that looks like this on an A/C heater box. In my parts manual, it is illustrated but not pointed to with a part number.

Looks kind of like the piece that the front sway bar bushing mounts to but there would only be two of those.

Looks kind of like the gasket that goes under a mirror.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

That's a good guess but not it.

Here's another clue. I can see by the last pictures NZ posted of Lucy that she has a set of these.
