I don't know what the official name is but it's a resistor pack.
There is about -10 Ohms on one leg (middle speed) and about -30 Ohms on the other (high speed).

Oh, yeah, it got solved. Note the date it was posted - about 10 items got lost to the Server Massacre. I think it's Chuck's turn, but anyone could post something. If nothing's up by tomorrow, I'll post something.
