there are 3 M1 intakes for a 383 sort of , a dual plane & a single plane & a raised port one / 440 intake each is for a different purpose / application , the Street dOM HAS A CHOKE PROVISION but it is different than the M1 dual plane / factory intake

also scan ebay for a b motor StreetDom intake.   I saw them on there back when I was tinkering with my 383.  some that were in excellent shape in fact.

the street dom says: Holley Street Dominator Intake Manifolds
Intake Manifold, Street Dominator, Single Plane, Aluminum, Natural, Square/ Spread Bore, Chrysler, 413/ 426/ 4...

they dont have anything for the 383

I was thinking of running a single plane intake or a Performer RPM intake on my Cuda, but I also want to keep the dual-snorkel aircleaner and the rallye hood.  I'm also running a 383.  Has anyone else tried this setup?  It looks like clearance may be an issue, but I don't know how much the bulge in the hood will really help.

a friend managed to get an RPM intake on a 440 under a 71 charger bulge hood , but the factory air cleaner will not fit , we had to use a drop base A/C

I had a Street Dominaotr and dual snorkel on my Barracuda when I bought it. Noe sweat. I also run a torker on a 383 in a Challenger R/T witht eh rally hood witha  dual snorkel..No problems. The B blocks are short...lol.
