Most people would paint it Hemi Orange but I thought that the colour of this engine could vary from car to car.  Was a 383 4bbl in a Barracuda definately hemi orange or blue or possibly either?

What are your thoughts on what looks best in a limelight car?

I beleive the 'N' code 4bbl 383 was Orange, and the 'L' code 2bbl 383 was blue.

Thanks, when you are replicating a 1 of 64 car, there isn't a lot of info around.

Still just a painted shell at the moment (some pics buried deep in the restoration folder).  Is meant to go back into the shop to correct a couple of paint problems and get suspension and engine fitted so as to get it back on its wheels.  Hopefully have some pics in a couple of weeks that will start to resmble the finished car.
