Someone selling vin tags again......
« on: November 29, 2006 - 06:44:03 AM »
I thought this was a bit fishy- someone selling a VIN, fendertag, radiator support and matching matching motor. What's funny is he does not include the cowl stamp. I thought you guys should be aware of  it, and put it on the registry.

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure Ebay has a rule against just that sort of autcion.. I and I'm also fairly certain NY has a law against it too.

He's sure sneaky and doen't tell you what VIN or what the fender tag says.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

It depends on the amount of THC in the Assembly line worker's bloodstream. In '70 340 Challengers had the A66 340 Performance package. Some 340 package cars were documented with R/T badging and stripes, but not the JS23 VIN prefix...

I've talked to a few people, no one has ever heard of 70 340 Chally's ever "accidentally" getting r/t badges.

I am trying to remember where I saw an A66 R/T recently..Might have been FleaBay. I want to say I saw a one owner car at the spring fling a few years back as well...I know a dealer slapped R/T badging on a few of those cars, too...
