Floor Mats... for the Holidays -REVISED-
« on: November 29, 2006 - 08:06:54 AM »
The wife wants to get those Stitched (embroidered I guess) floor mats for me as an X-MAS gift. COOL! Ok, now at SEMA we looked at the ones from ACCMATS. They looked real nice. Anybody ever deal with these guys?? Or somebody else??  THANKS  :feedback:

I talked to a rep from ACC this morning. They offered a very nice discount  :money:  if I could "prove" I was in an automotive business.  :working: So I faxed them a few things. They have called back later today (of course I was out) saying we are now setup a a customer.    Stay tuned!

Can't see what your looking at  :roflsmiley: However in the past we have purchased the custom mats through Legendary for the Charger (brown with yellow script) and the Challenger (black with red script), they are well made, what I'd call heavyweight and quite nice. However, when we are driving we have the vinyl mat on top of the fabric mat, don't want to get them soiled   :roflsmiley: As I recall they cost around $100.00 for the set of 4, and only the front mats have the script embroidered on them. I do think the Roadrunner mats have the script/logo on all 4 mats  ?

I wish they could get the actual Challenger script.  I haven't seen that yet.

Personally,I don't like scripted mats. If it isn't obvious to an onlooker what the car is, that person isn't a car guy anyway. It's similar to Harley guys who have 15 ID badges on their bikes. ( and yes, I own an HD) :2cents:

I went with solid black due to the fact, as mentiond by Rev, that the script is nowhere near correct.

The 'Cuda ones are much better.

I would have thought that someone would have jumped on this gaping hole in the Challenger aftermarket by now.  :clueless:

Now, as a graphic designer by profession I admit that I'm more sensitive to this than most, but please... it's not even close.
