:2thumbs: Sure hope the little guy is doing OK. My one son also had a heart murmer. at least for him it was no big obsticle, I'll have to ask him about it, he's now 35, is it possible to "outgrow" such as situation? He's never mentioned it in his adult years, in fact I had forgotten all about it until I read about it here.

Jim,

I have heard it is possible to outgrow such a thing. Someone I know has a sister that had that when she was a child. She's fine now. Is this the usual, or an exception, I can't say.  :clueless:

I had a mumor at birth, and now it's not noticable.  Never stopped me from playing sports or anything else for that matter. :dunno:

Just to inform you guys, Im 20 years old, and I have a heart murmur.  I can actually feel it every few minutes.  I went to the doctor and had a bunch of tests done, but they say there's nothing they can do to make it go away.  I played football for 7 years through school, and I play softball now, as well as live on a farm.  I am very active.  Im afraid that if I wasnt, it would get worse.  If for some odd reason Im not one here for a long time, you guys will probably know what happened, lol.   :roflsmiley:

But enough about me, lets see what al has to say.   :2thumbs:

Rev, here's another pm I just got a second ago from another site

Al,

I hope you're enjoying that warm Tampa weather, cause it's pretty miserable here. Scott hated that he didn't get those pics to you friend sooner, but with the new baby being sick, problems at his feed mill, and problems with the remodeling on his house (a backhoe driver cut the water line into his house, and it took 2 different plumbers and 3 days to fix it), he's been stretched really thin this last month, and hasn't had time for anything with the cars. He's also computer illiterate like me.

If your buddies want the car, I'll take you over to check it out and load it up. If not, that's fine, too. Scott will probably just store it until he gets done with some other projects, he's not anxious to sell it, but he's not too attached to it either.

Have a good vacation there in Tampa.

Dick

No, Al.  I have nothing from him in my emails.  :dunno:  It's possible he wrote it down wrong from the phone call.  A lot of people do that because of the underscore in it.  You can pass it along again.  It's LL_Davis@hotmail.com .  Most people make the mistake of putting a - instead of a _

I feel really bad about participating in this post now. The guy sounded like this was a great deal, and now it just seems to of went to an abrupt halt. I wish I had never even said anything now.

I am sorry for the bad info. I really thought I was helping out.
I know this is an important post for a special guy. Sorry to let everyone down.....ALAN

Please don't feel bad Al.  Look at all of the cars people have suggested and none of them have worked out for one reason or another.  So, have you heard anything else from him?  Is it now a dead deal?
