I've got an extra dash pad that I can donate and maybe a set of door handles too.

From the photos and the description he gave Laura, it looks like a very plausible car for Don.

I am just waiting for Rev to go online and read my PM before any details are spoken. But what had happened today was very good for everyone here. It won't be long and maybe Rev will reply here about the specifics....ALAN

Rev, do want to tell the gang about the deal? I know they are waiting to hear what I told you.

And yes, Rev did PM me and I am going to go view the car next week and post pictures, and call Rev with the info while inspecting....And I can say

CC.C  got a better offer
This persons heart seems to be in the right place

I think the tuffest part needed in a hurry is a black dash pad. This is an A/C car
The dash pad new can cause weeks of delays.

If 73 challenger and barracuda has the same style seat covers, Neil (v8440) has a new set front and back from legendary in white. And he wanted like 300 or 350 for them.

I've got one if you need it.  It's from a 73 cuda.  The dash pad is cracked pretty bad, but it's got a brand new cap on it......looks good.  The dash is the core only.  If interested, I can post some pics.

Let me share part of the message I received from Al!!

Here's the GREAT news for us......

I will be able to purchase the car for 4000 bucks. Yes 4000.  He has to move 2 mustangs out to get to the barracuda and have it ready for me over the weekend.

I told him that after viewing, we would discuss on how he would be paid...ie...check, bank draft, money order, or cash on pick up of vehicle.

I will see what parts comes with the car and he has other parts I will be looking at for myself.

Burpin...Here is the hotel information.  I would love to finally meet you, friend!!  http://www.cuda-challenger.com/cc/index.php?topic=28993.0

This is getting exciting...

 :iagree:

I hope someone brings a camera and video camera too when the unveiling happens.  If it happens at Carlisle, I won't be there, so I'd love to see his reaction.
