CANADIAN EX DRAG CAR KNOWN AS “GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY, RACED AT CAYUGA THROUGH THE 70’S

ORIGINALLY: SASSY GRASS GREEN, 383, 4 SPEED, 8 ¾ REAR WITH 3:55 GEARS, 26 INCH RAD, POWER DISK BRAKES, POWER STEERING, AIR GRABBER, WHEEL LIP MOLDINGS, BLACK STROBE STRIPE, REAR TAIL LIGHT BLACK STRIPE, BLACK BENCH SEAT INTERIOR, UPPER SHOULDER BELTS, DELUXE INTERIOR, RALLY DASH WITH 150 SPEEDO AND CLOCK, AM RADIO AND LIGHT PACKAGE.

NOW: 65,000 MILES, PROBLEY A ¼  MILE AT A TIME.  BODY IS IN PRIMER, COMPLETELY STRIPPED, SITTING ON STILTS. ORINGAL 383 GONE BUT  383 REBUILT- NEVER STARTED GOES WITH IT, MATCHING  #’S 4 SPEED TRANNY, HAS BELL HOUSING, ALL PARTS IN BOXES IN STORAGE. BEST PART IS INTERIOR WAS TAKEN OUT WHEN RACED AND IS IN GOOD CONDITION EXCEPT FRONT BENCH SEAT HAS A TEAR. DASH OUT-MINT- NO CRACKS, NOS GRILLE, FRONT INNEAR FENDERS ( OLD ONES REMOVED AT THE SEAMS TO LIGHTEN UP THE CAR), NOS AIR GRABBER HOOD-OLD ONE LONG GONE BUT ORINGAL AIR GRABBER SETUP THERE, CAR HAS NEVER BEEN TUBBED,  LOWER REAR QUARTERS NEED SMALL PATCH PANELS, REST OF BODY-FLOORS, RAILS ARE SOLID.

I love the '71 GTX/Runners.  Sounds like it would be a sweet car put together.  Looks solid, I wish him luck with his sale.  :2thumbs:
