Real Hemicuda 4 speed - $150,000
« on: December 07, 2006 - 01:17:57 PM »
I am trying to sell a customers car for him. He's in the middle of a financial problem, so we need to find a buyer ASAP. He wanted $200 for it but has reconsidered and lowered that to $150k FIRM.

The car is here at Aloha. I have driven it and its pretty nice. Needs a resto but by all means isnt bad at all.

You can read more about it at Cudaworld.com

1970 Plymouth Cuda - Real Hemi 4 speed This is a rare N95 - California Emission Hemi Cuda. Other "rare" options include 4 speed, Super Track Pak, 4.10 Dana, N96 Shaker Hood, AM/FM Multiplex Radio. Original sheetmetal with minimal rust bubbling, no rot. Car would need restoration to bring to #1 condition. It was originally Ivy Green Metallic. Used as a race car at one point in its life. [like most Hemi cars]. Warranty block. With Broadcast sheet. Galen decode. You do not see many without vinyl top. Great investment car for the reserve price. Get it before Barrett. This is the Real deal, 4 speed Hemicuda. The block was factory replaced long ago. The Tranny is numbers matching. This car is in nice shape, but needs just a little more to get to the level it deserves.

Your customer can't be in financial trouble if he has a car that is worth that much, when he can borrow against it, pay off the loan and keep the car that should be worth more money in the end...

Green does kill it a little. As far as non numbers match, it has a documented FACTORY replaced block. The trans and everything else are original and match. The rust isn't as bad as you think. It just is like any car the suspension and misc things on the underside have surface rust, no rotting.

It was a killer deal for sure.

I'm not trying to be smart here, but it's funny to hear about a 150K car that needs to be restored.  :grinyes: It just means there is a league out there, that is way beyond most of us. Congrats. on the sale.
