    opinions,christmas gift?

     :dunno: my going on four year old is easy.my question is,what to get for the wife?every year i shop for either jeans,sweaters,nice tops or outfits,and every year she either returns it or wrong size or just doesnt like it.my queustion is would it be wrong to get a couple gift cards from her favorite places along with the stuff i know she wants,and let her pic out the things she wants or is this a bad idea?i know that we have all been there.  :roflsmiley: what did you guys do?  :1zhelp:

    Gift Cards are not a good idea for your wife. Nice earrings, necklace or her favorite perfume. Absolutely no appliances unless you have jewels attached.

    Gift certificate, dinner for two at a nice place, she picks the day that way.  :wave:

    Gift certificates for "honey do's" , you will do them anyway, but make it LOOK like it was YOUR idea. Can't lose......

    Buy her a shaker hood.  :thumbsup:

    I gave up buyin the wife clothes years ago.. still got alot of new stuff in the closet ever been worn. Now if I could only find a girlfriend that size.  :roflsmiley:

    I have never bought clothes for mine, and never will :bigsmile: I bought 3 dvdboxes(Little Britian) some trim for her Stang and a fancy bathtub(expensive like hell but shes worth it). She have allready sneaked them out but she have to wait anyway :bigsmile:

    Like all gift shopping it's easy......what do they like!?!?!  Reading? Buy books. Tennis? Buy a new racket, balls, shoes. Gardening? Buy some new plants, small shed, tools etc....if you know your partner you should know what she/he likes.

    All women are different.  For instance, diamonds don't do a thing for me.  Red learned a long time ago...it's a waste of money.  They'll just sit in my jewelry box looking pretty, hardly ever worn.  The best gift Red ever gave me was a vacation.  I opened up an envelope with plane tickets in it and almost cried.
