vaseline
« on: December 08, 2006 - 03:49:26 PM »
A man  doing market research knocked on a door and was greeted by a young woman  with three small children running around at her feet.
He  says,  "I'm doing some research for Vaseline.  Have you  ever used   the product?"
She says,  "Yes. My husband and I use it all the time."
"And if  you don't mind me asking, what do you use it for?" !
"We  use it for sex."
The  researcher was a little taken back.
"Usually  people lie to me and say that they use it on a child's bicycle chain or to help with a gate hinge.   But,  in fact,  I know that most  people do use it for sex.   I admire you for your  honesty.  Since you've  been frank so far, can you tell me exactly how you use it  for  sex?"
The woman  says, "I don't mind telling you at all... My husband and I   put it on  the door knob and it keeps the kids out."
Hurry,, Duane the tub,,I'm Dwouning....

I am gonna add this to my "must keep on hand" list of 2 items:

1--WD-40
2--Duct Tape

If it is supposed to move but it won't---WD-40.   If it moves and it ain't supposed to---Duct Tape....

For all other applications---Vaseline.........    :roflsmiley:    :smilielol:      :cooldancing:

:roflsmiley:  Good information, still not as good as molibumum based bearing grease. Sure does get messy but it works well and you can always tell which one was trying to get in.  :2thumbs:

We all know how water solu lube is good to put tight parts together...
I was working on a car about 6-8 months ago and had used some.  I stuffed the bottle in the door pocket of my truck.

....Later I had a problem with my windshield washer on the truck.  Dad played under the hood, I sat inside pushing the button...or his from time to time.  He pulls of the small tube that runs to the windshield...and after a bit of a fus says I need some lube, I can't get the hose back on...well just so happened...

Now this is a look from your father you may never want to see....
