Did all of those 70"s have a pony motor?   My Uncle had a 70 , we have pics but they are on slides can't post them,,,,, but I don't see a pony motor but the angle of the pics are wrong cause I  can't even see a starter motor..........

farmertan nice 70.  Ours is in about the same shape.  Unfortunately ours developed a decent knock this summer, so we havent really run it much.  My dad cant remember if the block is .090 or .125 over already, hopefully only .090 so we can get one more out of it. 

Forgot TR that some 70, 720, and 730 diesels came with electric start, but it was VERY uncommon.  Two cylinders are everywhere up here.  Not really laying in the weeds anymore (Thats where we found the "A", frozen two inches in the ground with a gallon of ice in the crankcase and a tree growing through the tire  :scared:  :roflsmiley: ) but they are pretty easy to find.
