Well Dave,
All I can say is this sux!!  I got out of Mopars for around 12 years now.  They have been stacked in the garage along with their parts. After Challengergary introduced me to this site I have met guys such as yourself who have knowledge and are just good guys to know.  I hate the politics of a car club and am not a member of one.  This "online car club" is a great one because of the people who are in it.  I would hate to see one of the good ones' leave.  I have no idea what the post was about that upset you.  No matter what anyone says I would be proud, as I am sure you are ,to own a car as nice as yours.

Hey Dave
I don't post that much myself, except in the babes section. :lol2:  Next time I send in some hotties it's gonna suck if I don't see that beautiful green Challenger of yours under a  or a :wow: reply.
D**kheads are universal, like space. Good people a lot less common, like planets. If you leave, you'll f**k up our solar system, do you want that on you conscience!
Cheers Paul

Hi Dave,
I have learned to ignore many people over the years and sometimes here we just have to stop reading what they post. People like this come and go and soon they will be gone like the others. We all hope you don't leave as people like you are what makes this such a great site to be a part of. I have been in the Mopar hobby since the early 80's and have had to put up with all kinds of strange people who I sometimes think don't like Mopar cars at all. Take some time off and I'm sure you will miss cc.com and want to come back and enjoy all this site has to offer. I like most of us would be lost without it and wonder why I didn't come and join sooner. Ignore the know it all's and learn to laugh at there stories as that is what they might be just a story.

No matter what board or forum, or just in gatherings of people in general, there are always those who must make fools of themselves. It's just statisical probability. I'm sure you know some IRL that are the same. Toss them on your ignore list and carry on. One comes here for relaxation and good times, not headaches.

Gee Dave..I hope it wasn't something I typed :walkaway:

Honestly there are times when I reread one of my posts at a later date and I think,
man that doesn't come across the way I meant it too...

anyways...you gotta stick around.
Someday I'd still like to somehow get a picture of our cars side-by-side and turn it into a six-pack poster

Have a Merry Christmas Dave and having had a rough year myself:
(broke my arm/my mom died in a plane crash/ my wife diagnosed with cancer ALL IN THE SAME WEEK!) 2007 will be better

I always have trouble saying what I mean. Plus my spelling sucks at times. Every person that knows me says I am a hard person to understand the way I talk. But my actions are easy going and always willing to help anyone. I am usually a loner, so I guess that explains my wordings a little better.  I have been on some peoples ignore lists at times because they didn't know me, after a while most realize I have forgotten more things about in life then most even learn. That's the price I pay for learning too many trades. I don't have the words, but my ability and skill levels accell more then normal. If I have ever said anything to offend you, I am sorry.  If you need help with any projects, I will be there for you......I feel you'll be in and out anyways, your random postings show your charactor and wise judgment.Just hang in there...ALAN

Hey Dave, I am just one more person who doesn't want to see you go.  You contribute a lot to this site and it wouldn't be the same without you here.  Take a break if you have to but don't go away for good, we would miss you too much.  We are a family here and you have to take the good with the bad when it comes to family.  Nobody wants to see you go!

Dave,

I know this is my second time posting in this thread.  :grinyes: What April has said is true. She and I have done a few  :poopoke:  :poopoke:  :poopoke: over the years, but all is good. To be honest, I have felt like walking away a few times too. Not because of April.  :smilielol: No, I have other women here that I can direct madness towards.   :poopoke: :stirpot: (names to be withheld... but you know your names).  Don't let it get to you.
