I can't seem to get pics to the right size; either too big or too small. I'm a compooter idiot. That's why I love old Mopars!! Other than electronic ignition, ther's no on-board computers to screw up!! I think there's a pic of my '74 Challenger (attached) that I purchased from a fellow Mopar nut in California. It's an original California car that had been in one family since new. It started life with a 360 cid smog motor which was replaced with an AWEsome Hughes built 440 power plant. The interior is pretty much original with cloth seats and it's in great shape! The paint (so-so) was redone by Macco about 3 years ago (hemi orange). I added the R/T stripes & hood black-out which I know are not the correct year, but personally I liked the stripes that went all the way down the side the best, so I opted for the '70 R/T stripes. The previous owner installed the 440 bulge hood. I love any old Moper and this site (and folks are awesome!! The rims are the next thing to be replaced. I'm thinking American Racing rims. I'll need some really fat tires in the back as I am getting ready to swap out the non-posi interstate gears with a set of 4:56 posi (8 & 3/4 489 case) gears. I'll need a good rear end set up and fat tires to hold that 440 to the road!! I bought the car on Ebay (my wife thinks I'm nuts) and had it shipped to Virginia. I've heard horror stories about Ebay and about shipping firms, but I got lucky on both counts. I hope to post some more pics when i git it figured out. Git r dun!! I love the site, the cars and the friendly mopar loving folks!
