For those who want to read up on homeopathy, dowsing, psychics, astrology and other nonsensical notions, here's a few links:

http://www.randi.org/  If you really can read minds, divine water, tell fortunes, There's $1,000.000 waiting for you.  Only catch is, you have to be able to do it.

Amazing how people can buy into this woo-woo stuff.

Gee, go figure Al Gore  :dupe: made it to #1 and good ole slick Willy  :smokin: came in #9 on the list.

Did anyone happen to see Al Gore on Oprah last week promoting his "Movie?"  (please no comments about me watching Oprah - my wife had the remote, what was I to do?)  He talked about how the sea levels wil rise 21 FEET in our lifetime due to global warming.  This week, the real "Inconvenient Truth" was reported that GW is likely to raise sea levels by 1-2 INCHES!  I guess Al's never had a bunch of ice melt in a cup before much less a Snow Cone.  Funny how when my kids forget about their Sno Cones and they melt, the melted ice (also known as WATER)actually takes up less space than the Ice?!?!?

Glad to see someone is calling them out on their B.S. :2thumbs:

My favorites are the doomsayers who last year when we had all the bad hurricanes, were all over TV saying "God hates the United States"  Now this year when none made landfall, where are they saying "God loves the United States" ?

In our town there's a "European Pyschic" that has a business on one of the main roads here. I get a chuckle everytime I drive by her place.  On her mailbox is a "Kerry/Edwards for President" sticker.    I guess she didn't see that one coming!  :roflsmiley:

The funniest ( or not ) was that Nichelle Nichols' ( of Star Trek fame ) younger brother, Thomas Nichols, 59, was among those who died near San Diego (Rancho Santa Fe) in the mass suicide of the Heaven's Gate Cult.  At the time, Nichelle Nichols was hawking the Psychic Friends Network.  Wonder why no one told her this was coming ?

Wouldn't you think she'd take it down by now?
