Chrysler used at least seven different manufactures who made harnesses in 1970, each one did things/used slightly different materials when they made their harnesses.  The ones that M&H makes for YO is based on what they have found to be the most commonly used and are correct in detail.

If you buy ANY harness including a fusible link and it is different from what you have you can call M&H and they will work with you to make the harness look like your original.  For example, most 70 FL have a blue square section where the lettering is, however I have found a few that have a yellow section instead of blue.  Both are correct, however the majority were blue, if you need it to be yellow I am sure M&H can make one for you with a yellow section.

As posted by Chryco, you can get  the correct gauge fusible wire at local parts store, crimp an eyelet on one end and take apart the plug end and remove your old wire and recrimp or solder and reuse it. the tag will slide off your old link and put it on your new one before you finish both ends. I replaced two of mine that way.
