Hey Mopar folks. If any of you folks live in the eastern Virginia area such as Norfolk, Hampton, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Suffolk ect, or even as far as Williamsburg or Elizabeth City, NC, then come out to a club meeting with us at the Tidewater Mopar Club. We meet once a month and host some of the largest ALL MOPAR shows in mid-Atlantic region of the US. We sponsor the Mopar Madness shows. A great bunch of guys and we have a load of fun. You can check out our web site at
www.tidewatermoparclub.com. Check us out. It's a cool site too!! We also get together on weekends and work on a frame up or frame-off restoration of a chosen mopar car project that we end up having a raffle for, and the money gets donated to a worthy charity. This past spring we raffled off a 1975 Panther Pink Duster with a 451 stroker motor. It ran low 12's in the 1/4 mile with street tires. The winner ended up selling the car on Ebay. The club completely re-did the car from the wheels up. This year we are doing a 1968 Sport Fury convertible. It's fun working on it for a good cause and a chance to learn the fine details of car restoration. Our site has tons of pics of the projects we've just done and also past give-away cars. We're non-profit and a large portion of the work and supplies are donated for the causes!! It's great fun!!
