De Ja Vu! I thought I saw that same post somewhere else. I am going to do thier inner fender braces and probably make my own lower rad brace. It would be intersting to pit a RMS and an XV car against each other. Hmmm......

Our rad support is 60 bucks, not even worth doing it yourself. Its a good heavy mandrel bent piece, too. As far as a comparison between us and RMS, we'll have to see. Two different products, two different price points.

I'm definately not trying to down your Level II suspension when I commented about a comparison on the track with RMS. I think it would be fun to see where the Alter-k-tion, with chassis stiffening, is at compared to Level II, rather than if it would out perform it. I would have to lean your way if I were going to bet on a car.

In my opinion, it all comes down to what a person can afford to spend. I believe that the stage II system from XV is an awesome setup. But, it is WAY out of my budget range. So, back to my original question, for the front suspension with a budget of about $4000 for the project, what is the best bang for the buck? From the posts, it sounds like it is basically either the AlterKtion or the Stage I from XV. I will keep everyone posted on what I decide to do. Thanks for the input.

Our stage I is hard to beat because it consists of parts you can't get anywhere else. The shocks are second to none, and would cost 300.00 each for this style shock, they are that good. The kit includes all your bushings too, adjustable strut rods, and adjustable shackles. Altogether a complete kit, very nicely done. You can also enhance it with our chassis stiffening parts, and tubular upper arms if you really want to.
